In June 2022, Carlos Castillo joined PRIA in the organization’s latest flagship role on the Business Development team as Field Development Manager.  Acting as a liaison, educator, and trainer to our clients, Carlos offers bolstered support to our partners to ensure the success of each individual program.  With a passion for his position, Carlos loves “the ability to interact with healthcare professionals, educate field sales reps, provider staff, and office personnel so they may help patients gain access to new and innovative therapies.”  From conducting training for a salesforce to interacting with healthcare professionals as well as understanding reimbursement issues and resolutions, Carlos is no stranger to pioneering new territory.  He comes to PRIA with an extensive history in the Medical Device industry, focused largely on spinal and scoliosis-related therapies both regionally and nationally.  Carlos was recognized in 2021 as the recipient of the NSM Award for Western Regional Clinical Specialist.  Befitting to any trailblazer, Carlos enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family while hunting, fishing, boating, or racing motocross.
