Meghan’s function at PRIA Healthcare:

My role as a Business Development Representative encompasses many aspects of the sales pipeline and sales process.   I help connect innovators within the industry to our team of professionals to help accelerate their pathway to reimbursement.  I frequently collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to identify and qualify new potential Clients, as well as manage the Client experience from the initial meeting through the proposal and negotiation phases.  

Meghan’s life before joining the People of PRIA Healthcare:

Prior to Pria,  I was in the sales and business development space for multiple industries.  Previously I managed domestic and international business development for a medical device manufacturing company specializing in diagnostic products.  I also supported higher education research labs within New York by utilizing a portfolio of over 6 million products. 

Meghan’s life outside of PRIA Healthcare:

Outside of Pria, I spend most of my time training for and competing in ballroom and Latin dancing, based in New York City.  I also design competition dresses and accessories for collegiate-level dancers on a budget.  When I am not dancing, I spend my time cooking up new recipes with my sister or renovating the house we bought together.

Meghan’s full bio:

Meghan DeChello joined PRIA Healthcare in October 2023 as a Business Development Representative. She brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to the team, including her Six Sigma White Belt Certification, which she obtained in 2018. This foundational Six Sigma training has equipped her with valuable insights into change management, processes, and teamwork, enhancing her ability to contribute to PRIA’s growth and success.

Meghan is known for her dedication and commitment to her work at PRIA. She values the collaborative and knowledgeable environment that PRIA fosters, where every team member is an expert in their respective field. She appreciates the opportunity to work alongside colleagues who are always willing to share their expertise and support one another.

Outside of her professional life, Meghan enjoys a range of hobbies. She is passionate about competitive ballroom and Latin dancing, showcasing her talent and grace on the dance floor. Additionally, she indulges her creative side by engaging in sewing and designing projects. Meghan is also an enthusiastic cook and baker, and she loves experimenting with recipes, especially when accommodating dietary restrictions.

Meghan’s multifaceted background, coupled with her enthusiasm and dedication, makes her a valuable asset to PRIA Healthcare’s Business Development team. She looks forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and success while enjoying her passions outside of the office.
