On a mission to assist in the creation of a highly effective organization and encourage PRIA’s employees to be the best versions of themselves, Jennifer Wegh manages the Human Resources efforts of PRIA Healthcare.  With an immense history in Human Resources in the aerospace industry, Jennifer joined the PRIA community in April of 2022 because “PRIA has a very welcoming family environment. I felt at home right away. I fully believe in our mission of assisting patients with getting access to life-changing medical technologies.”  Jennifer holds significant credentials including a Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management (MA-HRM) and a professional certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP).  Heading her position with empathy and pragmatism, Jennifer inspires the PRIA family and elevates efforts while empowering employees to consistently grow. 

            Jennifer loves to travel and see the world from different perspectives, especially from the deck of a cruise ship.  She quotes “There is so much beauty that the world has to offer, and I want to see that.”  While she’s not championing the people of PRIA or cruising, Jen loves to bake and spend time with her family.
